Attention all foodies! There’s a new spot to tantalise your taste buds with delicious Spanish cuisine. The famed Dos Mestizos restaurant, known for its heritage Spanish dishes in Boracay, has opened its second branch near Tagaytay!

This exciting new location brings the magic of Dos Mestizos a little closer to Manila. Founded in the 1990s, the original restaurant quickly gained a reputation for its delectable food and relaxed island vibes. Now, you can experience those same flavours without the travel time to Boracay.
Equally as important is that new branch stays true to the charm of the original. Stepping inside, you’ll be transported back to Boracay with the warm ambiance, featuring a cogon roof awning, rustic interiors, and traditional Spanish accents.
But the real star of the show is the food. Dos Mestizos offers a rich tapestry of Spanish cuisine, prepared with only the finest ingredients. Their menu features dishes passed down through generations in Filipino-Castilian households, ensuring an authentic taste experience.
Looking for recommendations? Be sure to try the Pollo al Ajillo, a flavorful roast chicken dish. Next up, the Pescado Alcapara, featuring pan-fried fish in caper butter, is another must-try. Of course they have an option for meat lovers, the herb-crusted pork chop will not disappoint.
Want to take your experience up a notch? Pre-order the Cochinillo, a mouthwatering suckling pig dish. They also plan to introduce a special treat for steak aficionados soon: 28-day aged Rubia Gallega, a highly sought-after cut from Spain.
One thing owner Jose Carlos “Binggoy” Remedios prioritises is maintaining the exceptional quality that Dos Mestizos is known for. To ensure this, they limit their capacity to 80 guests, allowing them to provide attentive service. The team includes four sous chefs and a baker who crafts their own artisan bread, so you can be sure everything is made fresh and with care.
