Starting 22 Jan 2024, the Manila Zoo will be open from 11am–8pm on Mondays and 9am–8pm on Tuesdays to Sundays. Moreover, the park will remain open during holidays from 9am–8pm as well as holidays falling on Mondays from 11am–8pm. Note though, that entry of visitors will be permitted until 6pm only.

Home to over 550 specimens of exotic wildlife like lions, tigers, elephants, and various avian species, the Manila Zoo offers its visitors a chance to witness and learn more about the animal kingdom. What’s more? This year, the park will also be offering new interactive encounters wherein visitors can get up close and personal with its incredible wildlife. Animal feeding, educational puppet shows, and a mobile library will also be available — all part of the zoo’s exciting offerings, especially for young children.

According to Manila City Mayor Honey Lacuna, the Manila Zoo admission rates will remain the same this year. Below are the following entrance fees and discounted rates:
Manila City Residents | Non-Manila City Residents | |
Adults and children aged three years old and above | ₱150 | ₱300 |
Students | ₱100 | ₱200 |
Senior citizens and PWDs
(Discounted rate of 20%) |

Manila LGU employees and teachers under the Manila Division of City Schools | ₱100 |
Note: Senior citizens of Manila with valid Office of Senior Citizen Affairs identification cards or OSCA IDs are free to visit the Manila Zoo every Wednesday.
Upon entering the zoo’s premises, discounted visitors must present their valid identification cards. Moreover, residents of Manila City need to present their valid IDs with proof of their address in the city to avail of the discounts.
