The new MMDA office, located at the Lingkod Pinoy Center on the lower ground floor of Robinsons Galleria, provides a range of services, including the payment of traffic violation fines, renewal of driver’s licences (in partnership with the Land Transportation Office), and issuance of traffic clearance certificates. The office is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday, offering a more accessible alternative for motorists who may struggle to visit the MMDA head office.

The process at the satellite office is designed to be efficient and user-friendly, following four simple steps: application form, verification, payment, and releasing. This streamlined approach ensures that motorists can settle their traffic-related concerns with minimal hassle.

The Robinsons Galleria office is just the first of many planned satellite offices that MMDA intends to open across other Robinsons malls in Metro Manila. This initiative, in collaboration with Robinsons Land Corporation, aims to bring MMDA services closer to more people, making it easier for motorists to resolve fines and access important documents without having to travel far.

MMDA Acting Chairman Don Artes expressed that the goal of this partnership is to make settling traffic fines and other concerns more convenient and accessible for motorists and stakeholders.

Other Payment Options

For those who cannot visit the Robinsons Galleria office in person, MMDA offers alternative payment options. Motorists can settle traffic fines through Bayad Center, SM Bills Payment branches, or via various online channels like GCash and Maya, within seven days of receiving a ticket. If fines are not settled within this period, drivers will need to visit the Traffic Ticket Management Division Office.
