Dominica takes the top spot

Topping the list is the Caribbean island of Dominica, renowned for its lush rainforests, volcanic landscapes, and diverse marine life. Dominica has taken a significant step towards sustainable tourism by establishing the world's first-ever sperm whale reserve, offering visitors the unique opportunity to swim with these magnificent creatures responsibly.

What's more, the island has also witnessed significant infrastructure improvements, including the launch of digital immigration systems and a new cable car connecting the Roseau Valley with the Boiling Lake.
