All about the creative hub Annex House in Poblacion

Established in a post-war Filipino ancestral home, Annex House is more than just a revamped space for brews, booze, and beats. Tucked right in the heart of Poblacion, this two-storey social hub houses a family room with a bar, sunroom, garden, coffee shop, boutique, and design studio. Sip on artisan drinks while co-working with fellow creatives, pick up handmade and vintage goods, or party all night long and dance to sick DJ sets. 

Menu-wise, Annex House offers classic and signature coffee-based beverages like leche flan latte, buko latte, and ube latte. Enjoy your drink of choice with a baked treat on the side like a fudge brownie, kouign amann, or a classic croissant.

Alternatively, kick-start your boozy evenings with its selection of local beers, spirits, and handcrafted artisan cocktails like mango rum (the ultimate crowd-pleaser), calamansi fizz, pomelo G&T, and more.

Note: As of writing, Annex House’s kitchen is not yet open. However, they’re set to offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar chows soon.
