By now, you’ve probably already heard of the many different ways BTS fans preserved and displayed their McDonald’s BTS meal packaging. But have you heard about people who decided to get creative with the BTS meal itself? Indonesian sisters and content creators Sisca and Aliyyah Kohl took things a step further by making actual soft serve ice cream with their BTS meals — and no, you didn’t read that wrong!

To keep you up to speed: The BTS meal is made up of 10-piece McNuggets, Coke, fries, and cajun and sweet chili dipping sauces. In a viral video that’s been posted on Sisca Kohl’s TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts, the two sisters are seen blending all the ingredients together. They also added two types of food colouring to the mix: purple for BTS and yellow for McDonald’s.
After this, they simply placed the mixtures inside their very own soft serve ice cream machine and let it do its magic. The result? Purple and yellow soft serve that actually looked quite appetizing — at first glance, you could easily mistake the flavours for ube and cheese! By the end of the video, the two sisters were pleased with the results of their BTS meal soft serve ice cream experiment and encouraged viewers to try it themselves.
As of writing, the video has garnered 18.6 million views on TikTok (posted 9 Jun 2021), a million views on YouTube (posted 10 Jun 2021), and three million views on Instagram (posted 10 Jun 2021). You can check it out yourself here.

Interestingly, it turns out that the 19-year-old YouTuber from Tangereng, Indonesia is actually known for her soft serve ice cream experiments. Just browse through her YouTube and TikTok pages, and you’ll find that she and her sister Aliyyah have actually made ice cream with all sorts of food! Some of the most interesting videos include the two making soft serve with Indomie mi goreng instant noodles, wasabi, Samyang noodles, and nasi padang.
