If Camiguin is on your list of places to visit in the Philippines, then you’re in luck. The island, known for its pristine white sand beaches and breathtaking mountains, officially reopened for tourism. To help you start planning your trip to Mindanao’s “Island Born of Fire,” we’ve put together the Camiguin travel requirements as of November 2021.

Camiguin reopened to tourists on 25 Oct 2021. As of 1 Nov 2021, the island province is under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) Alert Level 2. Strict COVID-19 protocols remain in place.
The island is open to fully vaccinated (at least 14 days past receiving their final COVID-19 dose) domestic tourists aged 18 years old and up. Unvaccinated minor children may travel to Camiguin, provided that they are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents.
