The promise of new flavours beckons from Banawe.
Booking flights may only constitute a smidgen of our travel experiences, but it’s one of the ultimate make or breakers.
Part of the process is paying for your seat. For an airline like Cebu Pacific, you can do this by paying in person. The sites include satellite offices, agencies, banks, or payment centers. For online, it’s through debit or credit cards, along with GetGo points and Cebu Pacific Travel Fund.
But how does the option of paying for flights using a Cebu Pacific e-wallet option sound? If you haven’t heard yet, Cebu Pacific announced that it would soon allow passengers to pay using popular e-wallets in the Philippines, such as GCash, GrabPay, PayPal, and PayMaya.

To pay Cebu Pacific flights with an e-wallet once it’s available, you must have an existing and verified account with GCash, GrabPay, PayPal, and PayMaya. Upon booking a flight, simply choose an e-wallet option from the payment methods and follow the succeeding instructions.
Payments should only be made in Philippine currency. In the case that a flight is sold with international currencies (for overseas flights), the airline automatically converts the value to Philippine pesos. The converted amount will then be charged from your e-wallet.
According to Cebu Pacific’s Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience, Candice Iyog, the inclusion of such forms of payment in your Cebu Pacific flight booking experience is part of the airline’s move to become more cashless.

“Part of this enhanced self-service capability is providing our customers with alternative forms of payment, especially since credit card integration tends to be very low,” Iyog said via reportr. E-payment channels also provide a safer experience for the passenger, as proven by their growing popularity these times.
The Cebu Pacific e-wallet payment option for flights would be integrated into the airline’s improved website and application. For more information about Cebu Pacific’s cashless payment, visit this page.
