The only plastic we need for travel.
We’re only one week into the new year, and yet 2021 has already proven itself to be quite the roller coaster (to put it mildly). Not that we’re choosing to be pessimistic this early on, but let’s be real — there’s still pretty much a lot of ‘unfinished business’ from the previous year, whether we like it or not. Hence, we definitely think that self-care should continue to be a priority.
Of course, we all have different sets of self-care habits. For some, it’s relaxing hobbies like knitting and yoga. For others, it’s something more proactive like munching on baked goodies and taking care of plants. But here’s something you might not have tried before: keeping a mood tracker.
In a nutshell, a mood tracker is like a journal sub-category that’s more on the low-maintenance side. I mean, you basically just have to answer the question “How are you?” in your head. This then makes it easier to maintain even on stressful weeks. How’s that for a quick yet über-helpful New Year’s resolution?

Again, 2021 has only just begun, so it’s definitely not yet too late to start on those self-care resolutions — namely, having a mood tracker. Wondering where you can get one? Don’t worry, we gotchu!
Imagine our joy when we came across the printable 2021 Vibe Check. Designed by 19-year-old visual artist Roi (@roisarts), it comes in two colour schemes and is free to download. We’re lowkey obsessed with the bright, soothing hues as well as the zestful elements!
All you have to do is shade the boxes with a specific colour that signifies your overall mood for the day. That said, if you’re not one for jotting down your thoughts in a journal, then this self-care habit is perf for you! Clearly, we can’t think of a more convenient way to observe our mental health — especially as we go through these uncertain times.
