In this fast-paced digital age, every peso and second matters — and that includes how you use your mobile data. For Globe subscribers, there’s a smarter way to make the most of every gigabyte: converting unused data into rewards points that can be redeemed for exciting perks.
Through Globe’s GBs to Points feature, customers can turn leftover Globe or TM data into rewards that can be used for Viu subscriptions, GrabFood deliveries, gaming credits, Lazada vouchers, and more.

GBs to Points is available for all Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, Platinum, TM, and Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi users. You’ll just need to be subscribed to one of the eligible promos or plans listed below:
Globe Prepaid: All Go, GoSURF, GoSAKTO, and GCash exclusive promos
Globe Postpaid: GPlan, ThePlan Plus, ThePlan, GoSURF Packs, Recurring Add-ons, and Rollover data
Globe Platinum: All ThePLATINUM plans with data inclusions, rollover data, and GoSURF or GoBOOST promos (including 5G)
TM: All-In 20, 30, and EasySURF promos
Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi: All HomeSURF and HomeWATCH promos

Subscribers of All-Month Surf under Globe Platinum and GPlan Platinum automatically earn triple rewards points each month, so manual conversion isn’t needed. For everyone else, here’s how to convert your unused data through the GlobeOne or TM app:
Open the GlobeOne app.
On the Dashboard, click Rewards then Convert Data.
Choose the account, promo, and amount of data to convert.
Tap Convert.
Wait for your points to reflect within 24 hours.
If you have All-Month Surf for Globe Platinum and GPlan Platinum plans, you no longer need to convert your data. This is because both plans already come with triple the amount of rewards points every month. Once you’ve subscribed to these services, you can automatically start converting data to rewards points through the GlobeOne or TM app. Here’s how:

If you can’t see the Convert Data option, it might be because you’re not registered under an eligible promo, have insufficient data, or haven’t updated to the latest version of the GlobeOne app. Network switches or non-consumer accounts may also cause issues.
There’s no strict limit on how many times you can use this service, but data allocation caps do apply — from 20GB for Globe Prepaid or TM users to 50GB for Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi. Postpaid and Platinum customers, on the other hand, have their limits refreshed each billing cycle.

To avoid regular browsing charges, Globe advises not to convert all your remaining data at once. Keep SurfAlerts activated to stay safe. Each user can redeem up to five Globe Rewards transactions per day, excluding BUY or Points-As-Cash conversions. Gifting, meanwhile, is limited to once per day.
While the original GBs to Points promo ran until 30 Sep 2021, similar reward conversion programmes are occasionally reintroduced, so it’s worth checking the GlobeOne app or Globe’s official website for current offers.
