Batangas

1. The Farm at San Benito

If you’ve been itching to plan a getaway with your loved ones, The Farm at San Benito may just be the perfect choice. The whole family’s invited — pets included! While this resort in Lipa has long been known to be a top destination for a rejuvenating wellness retreat, it’s fast becoming a favourite to those who love vacationing with their fur babies. 2. Calatagan Family Private Resort

Check out this pet’s paradise for your shortlist of pet friendly resorts near manila. This family resort has got to be the most ideal family staycation with your furry friends. Think nipa cottages and a swimming pool, plus a very spacious front yard for our pets to run around. The resthouse is huge — standing on a 1,000 square metre land with three bedrooms. If that’s not enough for you, they also offer free use of their karaoke. Time to let your pet best friends run around whilst you sing your lungs out!

3. Sabangan Beach Resort

Looking for a beachfront pet-friendly resort near Manila? You’ve come to the right place. Sabangan Beach Resort prides itself on being the very first resort in Laiya to allow pets. (We’re loving the progression and we hope to see a whole lot more!)

According to their house rules, guests may bring a maximum of three small to medium pets — if you aren’t sure how they’d classify your fur baby, it’d be best to get in touch with the resort to clarify. While pets aren’t permitted to swim in the pool, they’re more than welcome to have fun at the beach!

4. Crusoe Cabins

True to its name, this resort in Calatagan, Batangas lets you and your travel buddies book an entire cabin all to yourselves. They offer family- and barkada-friendly accommodations that come complete with bedrooms, living rooms, ensuite bathrooms, and porch terraces.

Pets are welcomed here, although do note that the resort’s house rules only allow for pets that weigh “a maximum of 20 lbs or height of 20 inches.” This being said, Crusoe Cabins is particularly ideal for those who own small dogs or cats!

5. Stilts Calatagan

Popular for their a la Maldives overwater villas, Stilts Calatagan is one of the better-known pet-friendly resorts near Manila. They have a wide selection of Instagrammable accommodations, from treehouses and beach cottages to bungalows and floating cottages — plus, there are three different beaches that guests are free to explore!

6. The Sanctuary Batulao

Yes, you are definitely reading this right. This Instagrammable getaway in Batulao, Batangas is pet-friendly! Not a resort per se, The Sanctuary Batulao actually offers accommodations for rent. Guests may take their pick among bahay kubos, buker rooms, and villas that can fit up to 12 people. Up to two pets are welcome per villa!

7. Yolly’s Lake House

Ever dreamt of a lakehouse staycation with your fur baby? Well, here’s your chance! Yolly’s Lake House is nestled on the picturesque man-made Caliraya Lake. The two-floor resthouse also has a small pool facing the lake, perfect for a cool night dip with a sundowner. Imagine setting up an afternoon barbecue sesh with your family as you enjoy the wonderful sunset of Laguna. You can take a short trip to Pagsanjan falls, too. Just note that it might not be as pet-friendly as this lake house!

Zambales

8. Kwentong Dagat

We have to admit it: It was Kwentong Dagat’s stunning A-frame cabins that first captured our attention. So, finding out that they’ve deemed themselves “furever pet-friendly” got us even more interested in booking a stay here! The beach resort also offers loads of fun activities like yoga, intro to jiu-jitsu, ATV, surfing, and island hopping. Sound like your cup of tea? They offer long-term stays, too — and they start at just ₱25,000 for 15 days! (The fee covers up to two pax. Tempting, tempting.)

Note: Up to three pets are allowed per room. The first pet gets to stay free of charge, while guests will have to pay ₱950 for each additional pet. If you’re planning to stay long-term, only one pet is permitted per room with a fee of ₱250 per day.

9. The Nest by the Sea

Operated and owned by pet lovers themselves, the Nest by the Sea comprises a number of beautiful eco homes in Subic Bay, Zambales. Each of their pet-friendly vacation rentals is unique and thoughtfully put together — so, should you decide to book multiple stays, you might want to try a different listing each time. If you’re lucky, you might even spot The Nest’s in-house pets, two adorable poodles named Hali and Duke!

10. Indira Zambales Beach House

We’re pretty sure this vacation rental in Botolan, Zambales is every pet owner’s dream house. By booking a stay here, you’ll be able to get the entire property to yourselves; this includes the house, a spacious garden complete with a gazebo and pool, as well as private access to the beach. The best part, of course, is that your furry family members are welcome here!

Note that unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed to swim in the pool; they are, however, permitted to sleep inside the house and swim in the beach. 

11. Casa Angelina

So, it turns out that there are way more pet-friendly resorts near Manila than we ever expected — and Casa Angelina is another one of these gems. The resort is owned by a couple based in Cabangan, Zambales, and they’ve worked to make sure that their guests (including their furry family members) feel right at home here. Those who plan to stay here may choose between ocean view rooms, garden view rooms, and three beach rentals designed for utmost privacy.

12. Yellow Slipper Beach Resort

Set in Cabangan, Zambales, Yellow Slipper Beach Resort was brought about by a couple’s life-long dream to build their own family home by the sea. Eventually, they decided to share this dream come true by putting up a resort catering specifically to families and friends — pets included. Book a stay at one of their rustic kubos that promise nothing but a stay filled with rest and relaxation; after all, this resort was designed to offer its guests the best of  peaceful provincial life!

Bataan

The first time we saw photos of Fabrika Villas, we were absolutely floored. The generations-old factory in Guagua, Pampanga was transformed into a series of Bali-inspired villas — and they’re insanely gorgeous! So, imagine how much more excited we were to find out that they’re pet-friendly, too. 

Guests can enjoy an intimate vacation at their very own villas, but are also more than welcome to take advantage of the shared spaces. Every corner is picture-perfect — ideal for a paw-mily photo shoot!

Note: Pets are allowed in all villas except for Courtyard Villa 2.
