On 31 Mar 2022, Singapore started allowing fully-vaccinated travellers to enter the country without mandatory quarantine, COVID-19 testing, or entry approvals. Unvaccinated passengers may only enter the country if they have secured entry approval here.
To enter Singapore, Philippine passport holders must secure the following requirements:
For Filipinos travelling to Singapore, a negative COVID-19 test is no longer required. However, if you are symptomatic on arrival, you will need to take an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for SG$30 (~₱1,030) or a Polymerase Chain Reaction Test (PCR Test) for SG$138 (~₱5,400).
