Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Manila will be one of the largest dining spaces in the area, spanning an impressive 400 square metres. The restaurant will have the capacity to host over 100 guests, making it a significant addition to the local dining landscape.

While the full menu is still under wraps, patrons can look forward to an array of British classics. Gordon Ramsay’s renowned Beef Wellington, perfectly grilled steaks, and fresh seafood will be highlights of the menu. Guests can also indulge in a selection of sides and desserts, complemented by an extensive wine list featuring high-end selections from around the globe. The bar will offer premium spirits and expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring a sophisticated dining experience.

Reservation guidelines

Reservations for Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill will be available starting 20 Aug 2024. To secure a table, guests can use the restaurant’s online reservation system. Here are some key details to keep in mind:

• Reservation Fee: For groups of six or more, a reservation fee of ₱1,000 per person is required.

• Private Dining: Booking a private dining room necessitates a 50% deposit of the minimum spend amount.

• Minimum Spend:

  • Lunch: ₱3,000 per person or ₱30,000+ for groups of 10.

  • Dinner: ₱5,000 per person or ₱50,000+ for groups of 10.

• Dress Code: The restaurant enforces a smart casual dress code. Attire such as swimwear, sportswear, flip-flops, and open-toe footwear will not be allowed.

• Booking Policies: No-shows will result in the forfeiture of deposits, and changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pets and personal bottles of wine or drinks are not permitted.
