Can you pay your PSBank loans via ECPay and 7-Eleven?
Prior to 2021, the answer to this would have been ‘no’. But effective July this year, PSBank (short for Philippine Savings Bank) makes it easier for its customers to settle different loans with the bank through the biggest convenience store chain in the Philippines.
If you have a PSBank Auto Loan, Home Loan, Flexi Personal Loan, or Business Loan to pay for, all you need to do is head to one of more than 3,000 branches of 7-Eleven in the country. With ECPay, or Electronic Commerce Payments Inc., banking with PSBank is fast, simple, and just as reliable as paying through their in-branch and mobile options.

At the moment, there are two ways to make a 7-Eleven ECPay payment of PSBank loans, namely:
Start by opening Bills Payment on the CLiQQ homepage. Then, choose Loans, followed by PSBank. Once on the designated page, type your loan account number, mobile number, and the amount due. Tap “Confirm” and wait for the barcode to appear, which you’ll need to present at the 7-Eleven counter.
Once the code has been verified, hand over the cash payment along with a service fee to the cashier. Finally, you’ll receive your electronically generated official receipt as proof of payment. Note that PSBank only recognises machine-validated receipts. The maximum allowable payment through the kiosk is ₱10,000 per transaction.
If you don’t feel comfortable or are too pressed for time to use a public kiosk at a 7-Eleven branch, you also have the option to process your PSBank loan payment digitally. To do this, download the free 7-Eleven CLiQQ app on your smartphone. Follow the same instructions above until you have a barcode generated.
Save the code and go to the nearest 7-Eleven. Proceed directly to the counter and present it along with your cash payment to get a similar machine-validated receipt. The maximum allowable payment through the app is ₱50,000 per transaction.

To check payment status, go to My Accounts on PSBank Mobile, My Loan Accounts on PSBank Online, or Basic Banking on Business Online Buddy. Also available is PSBank’s Customer Experience Hotline at (02) 8845-8888, as well as its email and live chat via the bank’s website.
