Great news, Broadway fans: Cats the Musical will be available for streaming on 16 May 2020! If you haven’t had the chance to catch it (or have been intending to see it again), then you definitely won’t want to miss this opportunity. While you may not be able to see it live, streaming the award-winning Andrew Lloyd Webber production will be absolutely free!

The 1998 stage performance starring Elaine Paige and John Partridge, along with live commentary by the composer himself, will be uploaded on The Show Must Go On’s YouTube page. Starting 16 May, Saturday at 2am, the production will be available for streaming for 48 hours. Set your alarms and catch it here!

Cats is just one of many Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals that you’ll be able to watch for free! In light of COVID-19’s impact on the theatre industry, the Really Useful Group and Universal have been broadcasting a different Lloyd Webber musical every week. Other iconic productions that were streamed live include The Phantom of the Opera and Jesus Christ Superstar.
