Cebu Pacific international routes not included in this list also remain suspended until further notice. Passengers are further advised to regularly check their overseas destinations’ travel restrictions and requirements for arriving Filipinos or foreigners during the pandemic.
International Cebu Pacific flights during the pandemic likewise operate at NAIA Terminal 3.
Before arriving at all Philippine airports, passengers must have the TRAZE Contact Tracing app downloaded to their mobile phones. Otherwise, proceed to the nearest Traze Helpdesk at the airport’s terminal entrance or arrival hall.

NAIA only accepts passengers with confirmed bookings for the day. Moreover, some of the above Cebu Pacific local and overseas destinations require arriving passengers to present a negative RT-PCR certificate to be allowed entry. As this is a developing situation, be sure to regularly look out for Cebu Pacific’s advisories on flight cancellations. For these, the airline offers options for unlimited rebooking, refunding, and transferring unused ticket values to the Cebu Pacific Travel Fund. It’s valid for redeeming for up to two years for travels within a year away.
