One of the more prolific and affordable steakhouses around Metro Manila is Blake’s Wings & Steaks. As their name suggests, Blake’s specialities are chicken wings and slabs of beef, all cooked to perfection. Seasoning and searing of their porterhouse and T-bone steaks are on-point when it comes to quality and consistency. Plus, these proteins are just below ₱400 each, served with a side of mashed potatoes, corn, and your choice of gravy. The flat iron steak is also worth ordering at just ₱425, so indulging in their meals is almost guilt-free — on your wallet, at least.

The Japanese know how to cook excellent steaks. After all, we wouldn’t be so well-versed with terms like wagyu steaks and Kobe beef if they weren’t. But it’s also no secret that prices for those Japanese specialities are steep. Fortunately, Ikinari Steak cooks up inexpensive alternatives to these premium cuts that are every bit as good.
The world-famous steakhouse opened in the Philippines in 2022 and quickly introduced an exceptional menu to Filipinos. Offering steaks of different cuts based on the requests of guests, Ikinari prices are based on the overall weight of the beef. To experience the best of Ikinari on a budget, we suggest ordering 200 grams of their Wild Steak, priced at ₱599. Another option is the delicious Hamburg Steak, priced at ₱475 for 200 grams and ₱610 for 300 grams.

Sometimes, some of the most affordable steak restaurants in Manila come with certain caveats. For instance, North Grill House on Visayas Avenue doesn’t have the most visible signages and can be quite easy to miss. They also close quite early, just before 8pm. But if the chance arises, take time to dine in this humble establishment. North Grill House’s porterhouse steaks, just costing around ₱310, are worth every bit of effort!
Address: 14 Eugenio Dr, Visayas Ave, Quezon City
Gudo Pizzeria does just about everything to provide an exemplary dining experience for its customers. The draw obviously comes from the food; while their pizza is delicious, so are their steaks. At only ₱335, the Brazilian Ribeye Steak with Gudo’s signature peri sauce promises a hearty steak experience that keeps customers coming back for more.

Tondo’s palate for food is constantly evolving, and the constant emergence of new and different restaurants in the district is evidence of it. Plato Rustico made a name for itself relatively quickly as one of the most affordable steakhouses in Manila.
Along with affordable options for steak dinners, Plato Rustico also serves international premium steaks, a rarity for most Tondo restaurants. These include Brazilian Ribeye, Greek Lamb Chops, and the most expensive cut, US Ribeye. Luckily, the US Ribeye costs only ₱1,175 at a hefty 350 grams, while it’s only ₱750 at 250 grams.
