The savings are beyond comparison!
When a motorbike sharing service launched some years ago, many Filipinos in Manila were thrilled knowing that they could commute without relying on jeepneys, trains, buses, or even cars. Now, here comes a bike and e-scooter ride-sharing app that will make navigating the National Capital Region even more efficient.
Describing itself as the “first app-enabled bike and e-scooter sharing service in the Philippines”, Moovr PH now offers a faster way to navigate one of the busiest business centres in Metro Manila, Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Powered by Keepr Storage PH, it’s also inclusive, safe, and sustainable!

According to Moovr PH founder and general manager Anna Moncupa via ABS-CBN News, the app was launched to answer mobility and space issues when going outside one’s home. “Our roads are getting more congested and travel takes longer, so we wanted to offer a safe and convenient way to move around the city.”
Unlike our existing and more conventional ride-sharing services here in the Philippines, you will operate the bikes and e-scooters on your own. For those who have been to Taiwan, it’s similar to the YouBikes you’d normally find throughout cities like Taipei and Taichung!
To use the new ride-sharing app, simply locate a Moovr hub in BGC, bring your personal safety gear, and pick up the available equipment using a QR code system. You can then drop it off after use. The rental is good for up to 24 hours per booking. The rates start at ₱15 for the bikes and ₱50 for the e-scooters. You may pay via GCash, credit card, or debit card through the Moovr app, which is now downloadable on both iOS and Android.
In case you’re wondering, signing up on Moovr also comes with insurance, and of course, the responsibility to observe ride-sharing etiquette. For this service, it includes only using the vehicles within BGC and properly parking the bikes or e-scooters in designated spaces.
